一例一休的勞基法修正案被視為賴內閣上任後最重大的優先法案，行政院是否自提政院版本，最快在今天舉行的行政立法政策協調會報討論後明朗化。對此，行政院長賴清德今天上午出席活動受訪時表示，一例一休這樣的重大法案，行政院一定要有態度，將在立法院總質詢之後會做出決定。
賴清德上午出席第一屆登革防疫國際論壇會前受訪，被問道立法院即將開議，民進黨希望行政院對一例一休提出修正案？是否已定案？
賴清德表示，一例一休這樣的重大法案，行政院一定要有態度，但詳細情形，還是要在接受每個立法委員質詢後做出決定，會再向社會報告。
賴清德說，民進黨團是跟行政院一起推動政策，所以他不會有壓力，今天下午會好好討論，看將哪些案子列為優先法案，利於大家彼此合作，同時爭取在野黨支持，讓新會期更加有效率。
